I acknowledge that I carry personal health insurance for my player participating in this camp event. I fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. I understand and agree that Game Day Camps enforces a strict no refund policy. I acknowledge that by registering for this event, I forfeit any right to receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the event’s date, time, or location. In the event that my player is injured during or after the camp, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Ace Camps LLC D/B/A Game Day Camps, all camp staff, volunteers, and affiliated organizations, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in this event. I further grant Game Day Camps the unrestricted right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event that may include my player’s likeness, for marketing or promotional purposes, without compensation or further consent. By signing, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability, Acknowledgment of Risk, and No Refund Policy.
