The Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that football and football-related training involve inherent risks, including physical contact and the potential for injury. Participation in Ace Camps LLC, doing business as Game Day Youth Camps (“Game Day Camps”) is entirely voluntary. By signing below, the Participant and Parent/Guardian agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Day Camps—including its owners, employees, agents, officers, staff, and volunteers—from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from participation in the camp. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to physical, mental, or emotional injury, loss, or damage to personal property (“Injuries”), regardless of whether such Injuries occur before, during, or after camp activities. The Participant and Parent/Guardian further acknowledge that Game Day Camps and its affiliates are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Waiver and Release. Under no circumstances shall Game Day Camps be held liable for any Injuries associated with participation in the program. This Waiver and Release shall be interpreted as broadly as permitted under applicable law and includes travel to, from, and during all camp-related activities. Equipment The Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that Game Day Camps may provide certain equipment for use during the camp. Participants may also bring their own equipment; however, it is the Participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that any personal equipment is properly inspected, tested, or fitted by a qualified third party at their own expense. The undersigned further acknowledges that they maintain active personal health insurance coverage for the Participant as of the date of the camp. Publicity Consent The Participant and Parent/Guardian hereby grant Game Day Camps permission to use the Participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance as captured in photographs, video, audio recordings, or other digital media during camp activities. These materials may be used at the sole discretion of Game Day Camps for promotional, educational, informational, or marketing purposes in any format now known or later developed, including print, online platforms, and social media. The Participant and Parent/Guardian understand and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of such materials and waive any right to inspect or approve the final content. They also release Game Day Camps and its representatives from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of these materials. Acknowledgment I, the undersigned Participant, confirm that I am over the age of eighteen (18) and that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Waiver and Release.
